This session will introduce the concept of the business playbook - the list of "plays" that make up a business or department and its functions and activities. We'll focus on the records management playbook - the list of plays that keep the records program running. We'll review the purpose and value of having a playbook (and not just for records management) and who should be involved in building one. We'll conclude with a look at the makeup of the individual plays, including supporting information for each play.
