An individual’s person medical information is a critical record. Despite the fact that during any medical procedure, organizations will collect and maintain records about us as patients, it behooves us to also maintain a collection for our immediate access. In this session, we will examine the various types of records that may become part of our medical processes, our processes for capture and retention of such information, as well the techniques for immediate access in case of an emergency or disaster response.
