Donda Young is a Certified Information Professional (CIP) who has served the RIM and IG profession as a practitioner, vendor, and consultant over the last two decades. She is currently the Managing Director of Compliance Services at Legal RM supporting new business and product development, thought leadership, and development and delivery of Legal RM product training. Donda is a staunch advocate in supporting the IG community through volunteerism, leadership, and mentoring. She is the Immediate Past President of the ARMA New England Chapter, was recently inducted into AIIM International’s Company of Fellows (#228) in 2021 as well as appointed a Director on the Board for the AIIM New England chapter.
