Metrics are the lifeblood of a mature RIM program. Discover how to design and implement metrics that will increase program effectiveness and allow you to market your RIM program to stakeholders. This presentation will include the following aspects:

1) Understanding the importance of metrics for a successful RIM program 2) Numbers that validate – Numbers that drive change 3) Developing an ongoing ROI for your program and organization Attendees will gain the following: 1) Understanding the challenges RIM leaders face and the role metrics can play in overcoming these challenges.

2) A method and tools to utilize when engaging with stakeholders.

3) A process for developing an ongoing cadence that allows attainable goals, metrics for measuring success, and a blueprint for utilizing metrics for growth This course is designed to be a practical workshop on understanding the importance of metrics for RIM maturity, as well as provide practical tools for attendees.
