The RM/IM space is currently loaded with vendors trying to make their point as to why their products or services should be purchased. Almost all are focused on the largest clients they can find. This presentation will focus on what smaller organizations can do to at least make a dent in the complex world of records and information management/governance. This talk will assist people new to the topic who have been tasked by their organization with this monumentally complex undertaking. It should also give seasoned veterans a few good ideas as well as clear up some misconceptions about what is possible vs what is impossible today in 2021.
