Tracy Caughell is a Director, Product Management for Canada's largest software company, and has contributed to international standards such as MoReq2010 and more local standards such as CGSB 72.34; but if you ask her she'd prefer to be known for bringing fun to the world of compliance. The RIM Professionals are the key to successful governance programmes and why not celebrate the personalities that make them successful? The fact that Tracy's name is on the coveted Beaver Trophy means she has held some excellent company in conferences past too. Most recently, Tracy has joined the Microsoft Intelligent Security Association to deliver added integrations and safeguards to protect information both outside and inside the organization. There isn't a Beaver Trophy there (yet) though.
