Pat Fennessy My role at Opentext as the Records Management Product Manager, provides me with an opportunity to work with numerous Records Managers in our customer organizations. I enjoy sharing the knowledge I have gained from my experiences. I have a Masters in Education and prior to managing our product, I developed learning solutions and adoption strategies for customers. I've enjoyed attending ARMA conferences and have experience speaking at ARMA Canada, ARMA International and annually at OpenText World conferences.
