Courtney Bayne is the University Records Manager for Dalhousie University. At Dal she is responsible for the implementation of the University’s Records Management Policy, creating the records management program, procedures, tools, the creation and delivery of training, and the Archives and Records Management staff. Courtney has a combined experience of over 16 years in the RIM field. Prior to Dal Courtney worked for 10+ years in the Nova Scotia Provincial Government working in a variety of departments RIM units. She has a Library and Information Technician Diploma (LIT, 2007) from NSCC and a Masters of Information Management (MIM, 2017) from Dalhousie. As an active ARMA member for 14 years, volunteering with the local chapter and at the national board level, Courtney is very excited to present at ARMA2021
