Beverley G. Flynn is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Morguard Corporation, a major North American real estate and property management company with an extensive owned and managed portfolio of retail ,office, industrial, hotel and residential assets. She joined Morguard in 2003 and has taken on roles of increasing responsibility and scope throughout her tenure. Ms. Flynn has over 18 years of experience in business and legal matters relating to public markets, real estate, finance, operations, risk, sustainability and corporate and securities law. She is the executive sponsor of several governance initiatives at Morguard, including the SustainableMorguard ESG program, RecordLink electronic document and records management project, and Modern Workplace digital business transformation program.
