Jia Zhu is currently the Information Governance and Records Manager for the Town of Milton in Ontario and is managing the records management and access to information program for the Town. She has been a records/information management and privacy professional for 10 years and has worked in variety of sectors and jurisdictions. Previously, she worked as a Senior Records Officer for the Government of Alberta and also as a records analyst for College of Registered Nurses of Nova Scotia.
