This session is designed to review five management tools (arbitrarily chosen) that can be used to train, educate, market, promote, communicate, and report on your RIM program's status and accomplishments—graphically, interactively, and visually! The tools we’ll review in this session will include Tableau, WalkMe, Journey Mapping, and Smartsheet. 

 Note that these tools are cross-functional and though not specific to RIM, can work in the records management environment. They can support all aspects of a RIM program including active and inactive records; 3rd party processes and strategies; policies and procedures; administrative statuses; and corporate and field locations in visualization for staff, internal customers, and executive management.
