Earl has been a CRM since 2008, and has designed, developed, and implemented user-friendly RIM programs, practices, and services for a variety of organizations--both domestic and international, in several industries, and for federal US agencies. He is currently working on special projects as a consultant, offering advisory services to RIM programs for legal and healthcare clients. Earl has presented most recently at both ARMA InfoCon 2021 and ARMA InfoCon 2020, and the ARMA Houston Spring Conference 2021 that were well received with favorable evaluations. Past presentation topics included getting a seat at the table; legal hold order management; email management; how to develop a RIM advisory team; and ethics.
