Shauna Meury started working for the City of Nanaimo in 2013 and joined the Legislative Services department in 2017. She has assisted in updating Records and Information management (RIM) policies and procedures, the development of a new Records Classification and Retention Schedule, organizational RIM and Privacy training, and implementation of an Electronic Document and Records Management System. Shauna has been an integral part of the City’s Records Management Project since it began in 2017.
