Follow Shauna, Megan and Ken as they begin their journey starting in a RIM environment that didn't manage electronic records and only handled paper records through a laborious manual process. The mountain to climb involved ~800 employees in ~15 departments in the City of Nanaimo. Steps included developing RIM Policies and Procedures, creating a Broad Functional Classification, for the Pilot Project's departments cleaning shared drives and selecting and installing RIM software. While the end goal has not yet been reached, incredible progress has been made in the last 5 years.
