Ken Oldenburger has provided records and information management (RIM) consulting services for over twenty-five years to provincial, territorial, regional, municipal and First Nations governments. He has also worked with societies, private corporations and universities. His experience involves essentially every aspect of RIM, including: filing; disposition processing; developing policies and procedures; assessing, planning and implementing RIM programs; customizing RIM manuals, designing or amending records classification and retention schedules (RCRS); and providing RIM training at all levels. Ken is a founding member of the award-winning Vancouver Island Chapter of ARMA International.
