Sheila is the President & CEO of Ergo Information Management Consulting. She has 30+ years’ experience as an information management consultant, educator, and practitioner. Sheila has assisted numerous organizations to establish, expand, and benchmark their Information Management Programs. Several of her recent Information Management Strategy engagements have included using the Principles Maturity Model (based on the Generally Accepted Recordkeeping Principles) and the Data Management Maturity (DMM) Model. Sheila is a frequent speaker at ARMA and other information management education events.
