Join ARMA International’s four Canadian Fellows in an interactive session to look at the challenges created by technology, changing expectations around data and information management and privacy and legal requirements and how we need to change to address them in the future. In this informal fireside chat, we will consider the state of IG, RIM, CRM, IGP, etc. and our thoughts for the future. We will look at how we need to change our long held practices to manage the new technology environment and discuss ways in which we engage our users in performing information management tasks, without them realizing what they are doing The session will provide insights into how participants can prepare for the next decade in this ever changing digital environment.
