Patricia (Pat) Burns, CRM is the Records Manager and Content Management Specialist for NB Power. She has been in the records and information management field for over 40 years. Pat is an active member of the ARMA New Brunswick Chapter and has served at the Chapter, Region and International level. Pat is the Regent for Applicant and Member Relations for the Institute of Certified Records Managers (ICRM). She is currently a member of ARMA Canada’s Sagesse Editorial Board.
