Angélique Roy is a Records Analyst at ARC Resources Ltd. in Calgary, Alberta and is the President of the ARMA Calgary Chapter. Angélique has a Master's of Art History degree from Queen’s University and a Master of Information from the University of Toronto. She began her career in art and health sciences librarianship, but working in Information Management has enabled her to explore issues in information accessibility and discoverability, taxonomy development, business process improvement, and digital preservation. She has been an active member of ARMA since 2018, having presented at the 2019 conference alongside her current Supervisor, Ewa Piorko, and also served on the ARMA NCR IM Days Steering Committee during her time as the ARMA Calgary Chapter Vice President. As a continuation of a major initiative presented at the 2019 conference, Angélique and Ewa will discuss their continued learnings and offer practical guidance on leveraging an Electronically Stored Information (ESI) inventory for integration into daily business processes, user experience, and influence third-party contract conditions for renewal and procurement.
