Following up on our 2019 “Getting your ESI Data Mapping Project Off the Ground” presentation at the ARMA Canada Conference in Montreal, this session is for information professionals who have completed
the data gathering process of creating an Electronically Stored Information (ESI) inventory (or information/application catalogue) and are seeking to put these findings into action. The presenters will
discuss the next steps for using your inventory to improve existing business processes through analysis of gaps and opportunities and implementing methods for standardizing systems procurement and
renewal procedures that includes RIM, IT, and the appropriate business stakeholders from the outset.
